Application

 

We use TransUnion SmartMove to screen Applicants  There is a $42 fee to use this service which is paid online directly to TransUnion.​

We do a complete credit and criminal background check.  All occupants over the age of 18 should complete a separate application.  Let us know if you would like an application emailed to you in pdf format.

You may also drop off completed application through the drop slot at the Knotty Pine Apartments office, located at 1423 N. Main Street in Meridian or at the Ontario Inn front desk located at 1144 SW 4th Ave in Ontario.
